What to expect from us
We want your trips to be as joyful and stress-free as we can. A member of the reception staff will greet you when you arrive at the practice and will ask you to fill out a form with your personal information and medical history. Please don’t hesitate to ask for help if you run into any issues or have any inquiries concerning the form. It would be helpful if you could bring a list of all medications you are now taking or have ever taken to your initial session.
We invite you to unwind in our calm and comfortable waiting area while you wait for your appointment. This space was created to offer patients a place to unwind.
Your dentist will welcome you and lead you to the consultation area for a quick, casual conversation about your medical and dental histories. We feel it’s critical for all patients to be able to make knowledgeable decisions about their dental care, which is why we give our clients in-depth, understandable explanations of procedures. Please feel free to ask any queries you may have of our dental staff.
Our dentist will examine your mouth
A typical examination will result in 5 steps:
1. Teeth examination
A check for warning signs of tooth decay, gum disease or damage.
2. Tissue examination
Our dentist will check both hard and soft tissues for any abnormalities or symptoms associated with oral cancer.
3. X-Rays
Where necessary, X-Ray’s will be used to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
4. Discussion
Short discussion of the findings of the examination and treatment recommendations where applicable.
5. Treatment plan
A written treatment plan and a cost estimate will be provided for the patient
